We provide telecom and software related training with HR interaction soft skills (interview interactions for candidates) to Engineering and diploma students of the stream of Electronics and Computer Science. Interested candidates are advised to provide their resumes as soon as possible to the organization i.e., SP consultancy service for processing and pre placement training of the candidates. It has been a remarkable point, that we are appraised by the candidates all the time for our training and precious advises, as they get to choose there careers and goals precisely within a short span of time, getting associated with us.

This training is in the field operations. The training would be provided by the company itself after a selection process or by a recommended training institute. The selected candidates would be placed according to the requirements of the company. The training tenure and the selection process are subject to matter of the company. The candidate’s selection is based on his/her merits and performance, neither the company nor SP consultancy services is liable for the rejection of the candidate during or after the training program. The selection / rejection are strictly on merit basis.

       For Company/ Firms

1. We provide the desired profile of the candidates for interview.
2. We organize Campus interviews for company in Technical and Non Technical Colleges.
3. Candidate’s database can be shared with the Company after written proposal for the same is provided to us by the Authorized Representatives.
4. Consultancy fee and Payment Structure is negotiable.
5. Candidates if resigned or abandon the post, within 90 days of his joining, then replacement shall be made by the Consultancy.
